Package consists of:

  • 8 sets of plans @ 1:100 scale on A3 sheets.
  • Plans include Floor layout, Elevations and sections.

Working Drawings

In-depth drawings, elaborating on planning drawings, with construction details, Building Reg. Requirements, etc.

5 sets of plans and specifications @ 1:50 scale on A1 sheets, including

  • Dimensioned and detailed layouts, compliant with Building regulations
  • Elevations and sections with enlarged detailed drawings as necessary.
  • Floor plans with Electrical layout
  • Specification booklet outlining materials and finishes for tendering purposes.
  • Specification will be based on default values in “Calculate the building cost of this house”. You can also opt to choose your own specification by ticking the relevant boxes on our “Specification sheet”.

Bill of Quantities

A comprehensive breakdown, outlining in detail the cost of building your home.

The B.O.Q. will contain:

  • Take-off outlining quantity of materials and labour required.
  • Building rates will be sandwiched (Materials and labour combined) and appropriate to your location.
  • B.O.Q will be based on default values in “Calculate the building cost of this house”. You can also opt to choose your own specification by ticking the relevant boxes on our “Specification sheet”.

This document is invaluable in

  • Controlling your building costs if building by Direct Labour
  • Determining interim payments to your builder or sub contractor
  • Assisting you in decision making regarding finishes, materials and costs.

This is the only way you can be certain that you are going to obtain your preferred Energy Rating.
